We built a cleaning and maintenance system for a leading international short-term rental operator. One branch had been running its field operation on roughly 45 people. We collapsed that into a single managed system, and today the entire branch runs on six people, including the operations manager, accountant, listing manager, and two sales reps. Most of that team is not even on field. We then rolled the same system across the operator's branches in two further markets.
